  1. Knitted leg warmers like the aerobic set from the 80’s. light enough to roll off and drop on the seat before anyone sees you wearing them.
  2. Nice piloting, would be extra awesome if someone builds a scale carrier and puts it on a lake for missions.
  3. The rear seemed to be the perfect crumple zone. were the occupants ok.
  4. People push past and block up the aisle in the dash 8 into Sydney all the timeushing to get out, only to stand at baggage for 10 minutes or more. Front to back by row should empty out. It’s not that complicated. I put it down to ignorance.
  5. I had the Cessna window pop out on takeoff once, bit of a startle, but I kept on until a safe height to close it. Only closed it due to rustling of charts on leg board and noise level.
  6. Worse if you only get a participation trophy, or one that is shared every year like the footy ones.
  7. Isn’t that why we carry our whizz wheels with us to conver thingys to watsits
  8. Brown is active, blue is neutral and green is earth, usually with a yellow stripe. That four core is probably for an ac system, fan or something else that needs a control wire. Disclaimer: but don’t play with it unless you have a ticket.
  9. Is it a super mega fugly, I think Kevin b Wilson sung about it.😉
  10. From initial pucs I was sulrised the cockpit was still together. The ground must slope away from.the runway, because I only saw the tail sticking up. Is the structure any stronger than normal in these like a race car cage?
  11. It will be good the student will take away a good learning point from this and not have it happen ever again
  12. I toyed with the idea of lpg for my Chrysler when I was young, fuel was 75c, and I thought it was a good idea to get lpg at around 35c. got the shock of my life when I seen Melbourne fuel prices on my first trip there as a driver, 3 and 4cents per litre. i never did go ahead with it, I bought a celica that got around for about a 1/4 of the Chrysler’s fuel use. when I moved to W.A. I had a problem with my charger, and found a guy near the ferry terminal who tuned the 2 barrel properly. I had the best fuel economy ever travelling over there 4500km to my destination.
  13. Did you see how much the little discs of Elvis’s jet were selling for. Low numbered ones were in the thousands USD, cool but totally useless. I wanted to buy some aircraft related T shirts from Jimmy’s website but the postage was huge to Australia. might have to wait until my Uncle comes back again and have them shipped to him in Texas for free.
  14. With those specs a real rich boys toy then. Who is going to govern the license to operate one. It is not a traditional aircraft, nor helicopter. If you buy one and hop in it and fly with no ticket and don’t kill your self or someone else will you be breaking the law.
  15. Most of last years wheels, street machine, aircraft sales, mta journals and cas safety magazines are still in their plastic. ive been too busy moving house, moving business, trying to see grandson and everything else to read them. Along with needing glasses to see the small print of wrong colours over pics and backgrounds. When I do read I’d rather read a novel. Got though 4 on my 11 day trip to nz on the sea days. does anyone have spare time for sale or know where I can get some. FV I also have a plastic tub with all my old AUF mags still from the early 90s on. Several tubs with all others in them. they were too informative to throw out, but ho long o you keep them.
