planet47 started following A riveting weekend

Been there with a heat gun previously. There’s no easy solution to the problem but it’s off now thankfully (sorry if this text is in bold - it’s not meant to be).

Man there is nothing more painful than scraping baked on plastic off aluminium - grrrrh

Just a few more rivets and wings being set up for the future at the moment. I’d love to post a picture or two but every time I load one it tells me it is too large. So alas I can’t load a photo ☹️

I don’t see a problem with a subscription - if it helps keep things afloat and everyone on the same page then it would be good -
Don’t think this will load A707FB00-0906-4394-805F-9B983BFA5D98.MOV

.......and a bit more moving forward over the last few days They are not complete yet cause I’m waiting on some stuff from Wicks when they get a round tuit

Good to see you back on here Bex and thanks for the compliment but I’ve certainly had a helping hand on these tanks (thanks pylon500) but I’ve learned to mix the sealant & apply it as well as learned about fuel caps, fuel vents, fuel level senders, etc. Its all too big and advanced To turn back now even if I wanted to!

You could be a travelling metal supplier driving to Melbourne and dropping off all your orders on the way back - took my replacement 0.025 from the 27th July to the 13th August to get from Sydney to Taree

Especially when they don’t live near the offending supplier in my case about 4 hours away. He still maintains that he has supplied 0.025 even though the photo shows differently.
