pylon500
Hey, Thanks for the compliments. I didn't realise this thread had continued. Unfortunately I haven't touched the LR-2 for about four months now. :ah_oh: I was just about to buy a big stock of resin when I though my property at Taree was all about to happen. Then it just sort of ground to a halt. I've been in constant battle with land vendors, hydraulic engineers, the NSW Fire Dept!!?, and of course the Council. I've given up telling people when I'm going to move, I just have no idea! ;) But I haven't lost the dream yet. ;) Arthur.
lambadaman
Hi Guys, The aircraft in the video appears to be the four seat Diamond aircraft ( DA40 Diamond Star ) This aircraft has since been produced as a twin dieseland I think there may be some on the Australian register, based in WA?Engine in the one in the video is a Lycoming AEIO-360-M1A. Don't know the price, would be afraid to ask!! Arthur, Those plans look good. Now if only I could convince the other half..............!!!!!!?????? Yenn
Is that a crooked runway? 21 - 30. I could see it was wrong but the numbers both added up and I had to actually add 18 to 21 before I could see ir should be 03.
pylon500
Is that a crooked runway? 21 - 30. Ah Yes, took a while for people to spot my 'deliberate' mistake. Smokey gets the door prize. Runway is really 12-30 actually. Hope to host some BBQ fly-ins once established. ;) Arthur. pylon500
