Earl Lawrence talks about the FAA's Special Review Team Report on the Zodiac CH 601XL Airplane. A wing structure that does not meet ASTM design standards for a 1,320 lb airplane was one of the concerns raised in the report. Earl talks about the teamwork between the FAA, the manufacturer and others which helped provide the information owners need to stay safe.
