Recommended Posts

A female pilot with 12 years experience made a successful forced landing on hard sand at Blacksmith's Beach after experiencing engine problems. The plane was towed clear of the waterline and will be dismantled and removed. The pilot was uninjured.

That implies that it takes a woman 12 years to master the art of making a successful forced landing in a Tiger Moth.

Aren't you getting sick and tired of inappropriate gender stereotyping?

Was she suffering from PMT?

I think it shows commendable tenacity. Hanging around 12 years "and" flying a Tiger Moth. We don't have a lot of Femmes on this site either. They drop in and leave. Except for Kaz… Nev

I've been here a while.  But sometimes some of the posts make me wonder why ?

Yes you have.. Hang in,  though I've just about given up of it returning to what it was  about when you started here. I'm not precise about the date. Flying is something you have to invest a fair bit in and I don't just mean money.  Nev
