After agonising over this for a number of years and precipitated by a pending interstate move, I have made the decision that my aeroplane should be owned by someone who will actually fly it on a regular basis. First flight Oct 2002, TT 220 hours. The CAMIT 3300 engine has barely been run in and performs better with each flight. 78l fuel, folding wings, elect A.H, rudder trim, aileron trim, Microair radio, Becker XPDR, Garmin AREA500 GPS, MGL 12 point monitor, heater, 600x6 mains with spats to suit, always hangared, well presented in and out. Comes with heaps of documentation and maintenance gear. Previously registered VH Experimental, recently transferred to RAA. Now for the elephant in the room! In 2006 an enforced engine shut down resulted in a “Landing Incident”, which subsequently necessitated a substantial rebuild of the airframe. The positive aspect of this is that a number of modifications/improvements were incorporated into the rebuild, and in my humble and totally unbiased opinion it is a much better aircraft now than before the “incident” (the modifications did not include at that stage replacement of the original Jabiru engine with the CAMIT, that occurred later.) If this is of concern please don’t call, I don’t want to sell to anyone who has any misgivings. JABIRU AD.pages
