Admin Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 Civil Aviation Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1), SLI 2009 No. 81 On 6 May 2010, the Civil Aviation Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1), SLI 2009 No. 81 (the Amendment Regulations), were made by the Governor-General. The Amendment Regulations amend Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 with respect to radio carriage and broadcasting requirements and responsibilities, and certain arrival and departure procedures, applicable to pilots operating at, or in the vicinity of, aerodromes without an air traffic control service. The Amendment Regulations were registered on Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 11 May 2010 (FRLI number F2010L01205) and come into effect on 3 June 2010.
