Tomo Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Just enjoying the still afternoon over the Darling Downs - The X looking thing in the tree's is a Pilot gas system, just one of many they are putting in around the area. The colourful rows are Cotton Modules at the Gin waiting to be processed. A few stalls, and steep turns, got a wing drop happening eventually, Jabiru's are pretty sedate at anything in that area. With a not to smooth landing - more like an aircraft carrier type landing I reckon!! Enjoy. http://www.recreationalflying.com/forum/vbtube_show.php?do=tube&tubeid=442&name=bit-air-work-jabiru#watch
monty Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Hey Tomo, Thanks Mate that was "Excellent"! Very well produced. We will have to add film maker along with writer to you repertoire. Even the wife loved it. Monty
Tomo Posted May 22, 2010 Author Posted May 22, 2010 Thanks Monty! I give it a go anyway. I you wanna see some more - I have some older versions as well over here - Tomo's Channel
monty Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Thanks again Tomo, The evens head fly in was fantastic. I flew Wayne Fishers Drifter to a Sunday morning Evans Head Breakfast in January 2009 just to say Hi, A great bunch of people there. I was getting some time up and Wayne flew another Drifter. It was a great day and felt very welcome. Monty
pudestcon Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Thanks for the clip tomo, That's what it's all about I reckon - a late afternoon (or early morning:big_grin:), an hour to spare, an aircraft to fly, and you are free as a bird! I have just started taking an interest (not doing any of it though) in video editing as my wife is doing a video editing course at the moment. I notice, emanating from the computer room at times, some vibes of frustration, elation, happiness, exasperation and sometimes relief when she is working on a video clip. Pud
Tomo Posted May 23, 2010 Author Posted May 23, 2010 Thanks Monty, yes Evan's Head was great this yr... we had a ball. Pud: Video Editing consists in a lot of those particular pleasures indeed. You need a fast computer, and a lot of patience! Great when it all comes together though.
