Guest ozzie Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 Breaking a record is hard enough but to do it three times in one day takes attitude, dedication and discipline. true sports people in every sense of the term.
Tomo Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 That's great, thanks Ozzie. You'd want a pretty decent landing area with that many coming down at once!
Ballpoint 246niner Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 About 15 yrs ago I was part of a local 48 way attempt, we had three goes but busted at 43. even tho we never made it, to dock and look over at some 40 friends was not only intense but extremely satisfying. to do this and as you say, better it twice is a phenomenal effort- congrats to all involved.
Guest ozzie Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 ballpoint, that was probably the easter boogie at corowa with two otters and the canobus dak. was exiting last with video on some of the build up jumps, great fun. but the best was the all girls record, videoing that one when they got their completed at 38 (i think) was a blast. I don't seem to get the same vibs these days i think we were part of a very special period of the sport. ozzie aka ROBES
