BigPete Posted July 10, 2010 Posted July 10, 2010 Well done Flighty! - You are now 100% responsible for your actions. Your instructor i_dunno has deemed you "Unlikely to kill herself unless she does something really stoopid" by awarding you your certificate. Now the real journey begins. fly safe. regards :big_grin:
Guest Howard Hughes Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 The sky is the limit no more! Congratulations!
Yenn Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 Congratulations Flightygirl. Now you can start learning on your own. Take it easy and don't make any snap decisions. i have found out that those are the ones you come to regret.
motzartmerv Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 Good job mate. Yo flew very well. Happy to issue you your ticket. I won't say anything about the new words i learned during the flight.

I won't say anything about the new words i learned during the flight. no idea what you're talking about... mind you i think we should start a new thread on here... student quote of the week.. where instructors can post the funny things students say. i can start it off with my question to you while conducting a practiced forced landing... flightygirl - "what happens if we crash?" motzartmerv - "well you dont get your licence". funny stuff.
DarkSarcasm Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 mind you i think we should start a new thread on here... student quote of the week.. where instructors can post the funny things students say. I've considered that once or twice, after some of the stupider things I've said Should be another sticky, like the NES. flightygirl - "what happens if we crash?" motzartmerv - "well you dont get your licence". baha, love motz's reply
Tomo Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 flightygirl - "what happens if we crash?" motzartmerv - "well you dont get your licence". Pretty good incentive not to crash then
blueshed Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 Congradulations Well Done Flighty! Like Dazza's bit of wisdom (map to ground). A really good way to explain it. We have just been up to the "Cooper Creek" which feeds "Lake Eyre" what a sight, would make a great Nav Exercise!!!!!!!!! and well worth the effort! Darky, there will be one out there somewhere, don't grow old before you find them!
flying dog Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 (I wasn't going to but with all the other replies....) And with all the legal stuff to Sols, I hope you enjoy this:
