Tracktop Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 Sorry Jab people In keeping with the theme - important bits from the chat end up in the forum. reminds me of a joke : Gentleman parks Jab at airshow...comes back finds woman has placed small child in Jab and is walking around it looking for the coin slot !
Tomo Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 Quite an honour to the Jab people really, she chose the Jab out of allllllll the other aircraft there.
dazza 38 Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 A mate of mine flew into Moree, in the mid nineties. This Ga guy was having a realy close look at the Jabiru. He then asked pilot.Where is the plug.My mate asked what Plug?.The plug you take out to let all the air out, so you can deflate the plane and fold it up, pack it into a suit case to take it home.
planedriver Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 Don't tell us your mate felt deflated! The visitor was obviously not well connected.
Gibbo Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Met a GA type in Busselton earlier this year who was absolutely astounded that I had flown all the way from the east coast to the west coast "in that :ah_oh:!" THAT happened to be a Jab 170. Kev Got the same attitude last year in my rather large circuit. lol WOnder what the CEO would have to say about our circuit lengths.

Hi planey, the Jab was a LSA 55.The GA gent had never seen one before.Des (my mate the Jab pilot) told me about it when he came back from Moree. It was all just a joke around. The GA Gent actually liked it.Especially the fuel burn, or lack there of, compared to his aircraft.
Ballpoint 246niner Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Was the GA(y) guy after a blow ( up) job
