pretty innovative changes for an older design. composite changes to the airframe and back to back electric engines with counter rotating props. very cool. everyone who flys electric always seem to use the worda smooth and quiet.

Ithought a jabba owner would have asked that question first :)

try the sonix mob. yuneec will release a series of motors and controllers late next year.

This just makes the question of how you log Cri-Cri time more complex. It may not be a turbine, but it doesn't have reciprocating engines either:laugh:

Light weight, rotary, multi:nerd:

Classification.

Certainly electric is coming so we should address and facilitate that. What about multi engines in that situation?

The Cri Cri is multi engine for sure and not centreline thrust, either.

The centreline thrust Cessna's would still be logged as "multi-engine" even though there is no "assy" in the event of a motor failing. This makes control simpler and was the main reason to produce these planes.

The Cri Cri stalls too fast I believe for RAAus classification. The multi engine rules it out also. Nev

Guts to fly.

Think I'd fly it before a Gee Bee, or Bede4? J . I've had a close look over one that was flyable, with the original single cyl two strokes fitted. It developed cracks in the base of the engine mount pylons. Nev

Stall speed aside this is why we need 103.
