WKD is based at Elderslie now. I was pretty impressed. With ten on board it was getting to 14000' in around 9 minutes. Gonna be a fun summer!

It may be ugly but very functional and much loved . Not a very sensible colour. The thing plumets out of the sky and is on short finals while i am still at 1000' under canopy. very hard to see against the green paddocks. Sooner or later it will be painted blue to match the rest of the fleet. Hope ro do a couple of runs in the right seat next weekend.

always wanted to know the operating cost of a cresco - say 5 or 9 parachutes - how much do you have to pay ?

 

I guess 200 ltrs per hour in climb ?

burns around 60lts sortie to fl140. about 17 minutes sortie. club charges $42.00. 10 jumpers. it will drop a few dollars when they get more accurate figures.
