My GA training - Lesson 5

Well, nothing overly exciting to report this time.

 

Drove over like usual, was going to fly, but had to do a job on a vehicle before hand and needed my work ute!

 

Into the Briefing... then out to check out the aircraft etc etc...

 

Started up, taxied out, checks, take off and under the hood I go, don't ask me where we went, cause I didn't take if off again till he had me overhead and hour later.

 

Timed turns, compass turns, basic panel, limited panel, unusual attitudes recovery - that's fun! - and a handful of other stuff.

 

Was a pretty good session actually, It wasn't really even that tiring, was with a different instructor aswell.

 

So I think I've got about 0.3 more IF time to do to have the minimum required.

 

Hopefully the weather holds up, and I may catch some of you either at Oakey, or Archer falls if time allows, in a Tecnam today.
