farri Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 Now that`s something, bet the price will take the fun out of it though, but then again, seems a lot have plenty$$$$$$$.
Mick Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 I saw the prototype at Oshkosh a couple of years ago, Very nice but I did the sums and I reckon it would cost close to $200k landed here in Aus, maybe a little less with the current exchange rates.
Yenn Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 I spent about 5 minutes waiting for it to download on my slow connection. It is full of hype and there is no details as far as I could see. No information or specs. I wonder if anyone has bought on and is flying it.

riverduk Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Here's a thought Don't know if this is correct but was told by my instructor that to fly an aircraft of this type (amphibious) you need; pilot license, boat license, aircraft rego, boat rego, all for 1 a/c, seems like a lot of doubled up expense to me, I'll just stick to the 'duk,' but having said that, a really neat looking a/c and a great concept, cheers, da Duk
riverduk Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 To true Rod but the a/c rego will stick out like the proverbials under your wing, as for lotto, here's a quote for you, "you can wish in one hand and poo in the other, you know which one will get full the quickest!" I'd rather spend the hard earned on the a/c. cheers, da Duk
