Hello everyone, I'm David and am a student pilot at Warwick Flying School in western queensland and have really just started there having 2.8 hrs pilot in command, I also fly online for NorthWest virtual where I am Airtransport Captain with 1176 hours. I used to go to Warwick for Christmas every year to visit a family who used to be my next door neighbours in Winton and co-incidentally ended up working with them in Barcaldine and Emerald before he moved to Warwick to become the Shire Engineer. I remember landing on the grass strip into the strongest headwind I had ever experienced and stopped on a sixpence. I hear the strip has been upgraded since then.
