Progress of the Airports Amendment Bill 2010

Whatever happened to Anthony Albanese's Airports Amendment Bill 2010 which was apparently tabled in Parliament aorund the 30 September or early October?

 

Apparently it was intended to " Amend the Airports so Developers can't steal them".
