It took about half hour but once i got my email conformation from them it was all good.

After examining the HTML source for this page I discovered the real identity of the site being referenced! I thought the reference was to the UK site of "Recreational Flying", which needless to say accepts the same credentials as here.

 

It would have helped everyone if the site URL was posted, rather than a cryptic description of the site name, as well as the fact that access requires registration.
