Guest davidh10 Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Have all the Jabiru pilots seen the December Airworthiness Directive? http://www.raa.asn.au/documents/airworthiness/index.html#jabiru There is also a manufacturer's Safety Bulletin. These effectively ground all applicable aircraft until the required inspection and possible remediation is performed. It relates to possible jamming of control surfaces. I'm not making any connection, but I believe CASA is trying to get the message out and some owners are unaware of the directive. My condolences to the family and friends affected by this tragic accident.
