Bruno Cinerari Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Hi all I am a student with 32 hours learning in a Storch, I have got to my solo stage and love flying which I do from Penfield Victoria. I have always loved flying but only really got the chance to do it with a trial flight given to me for my 50th, now I'm hooked. Its great reading all the comments that have be posted, seems I'm not alone with this obsession. Bruno
Guest davidh10 Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Bruno; You are far from being alone, and in fact are in good company here. I have it in the back of my mind to fly to Penfield one day, as my wife's sister lives in Sunbury. I'm glad you are enjoying it. I too chances across flying and have just logged 130 hours over 16 months. Welcome to the site and the forums.
Jayz Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Welcome Bruno I love this site great people and my many questions are answered so fast glad u chose flying over the Harley :-)
Neil_S Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Hi Bruno, I also fly out of Penfield. Learnt in the Texan, and now fly a Gazelle. I am sure we will meet up at some stage. I also think you made the right decision! Glad to see another pilot in their 50s - it must be some mid-life crisis thing :waycon: Happy Landings Neil
winsor68 Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Welcome Bruno... You will find plenty of member who ride and fly. Personally I think you have made the right choice in tackling the flying rather than buying the Harley. Buy a cheap GSXf and fly too... and enjoy the Harleys on dealer ride days like I do...
