Guest SAJabiruflyer Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Last weekend on Sunday 6th March, a non-aviation friend of mine saw a small aircraft land on the sand area near the Murray Mouth (Goolwa, SA), with 3 people who looked to be "checking out" the plane. He said it was white with an orange stripe. I was wondering if anyone knew of this occuring, I wouldnt normally consider this a good spot to land, I take my 4WD there regularly and the area is usually quite soft and bumpy, I can only assume it was perhaps a precautionary landing for whatever reason...
