It's only down the road from Broome ...since you're in the area. Whilst you're there ya might as well pilot an :plane:out to Newman and check out the largest open cut mine where the iron ore is bred and trained 440 km to the coast, PHE.
Tonym Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 It is off your planned track but, if you happened to be passing nearby, Narromine in western NSW has a small but interesting aviation museum with a full size replica of the Wright Bros craft which is currently not being flown but has been flown in the past. I'd also second (or third or whatever it is) the vote for the HARS collection at Wollongong.
