Membership renewal

Okay - how do I renew my RAA membership? I've spent 20 minutes on the website and can't find a relevant form. Or is the renewal sent out automagically?

It will take you all of a minute to renew, but I agree it should be made prominent on the site - would save a lot of staff time

I received a letter from RA AUS reminding me to renew. It included several options to pay and the link above for those of us who like to do their transactions online. Maybe your letter got lost?

Just rechecked the link, it's correct, so maybe try typing it into your browser, because it worked for me.

The on-line renewal has fields to enter all the statistical information requested in the renewal paperwork as well as making the payment.

 

If you haven't already calculated the stats, have your log books and a calculator ready.

Hey, I just took a look at the payment link again today. It's not working. Strange because I visited it last week and it worked but didn't go through with completing it.

 

Anybody from RA Aus site admin know what's up with this server?

The new online payment system does not work, its useless I logged on ok,filled out the form, pressed the payment key and it did not direct me to a payment confirmation page as

 

it should.I checked my netbank payment details and nothing has been taken out.Best to just do it the good old fashioned reliable way and just pay over the phone.I dont

 

know why they got rid of the old pulse online payments system, as it always worked.

Got my renewal notice plus reminder by email.

 

I am interstate so not sure if a paper reminder was sent.

 

All good, just followed the prompts, filled out the form with hours flown for the year, last BFR dare.

 

Took a snapshot of my doctors report and included as an attachment.

 

Money taken from account.

 

I expect the license to be home when I get back next week.
