farri Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 Bill, Thank you!! The story took me back to the way I started flying! I also am a farm boy (Well not a boy anymore, just at heart) built my own aircraft then spent time observing the Whistling Kites and Sea Eagles, forming a picture in my mind of the way they fly and do their manuevers. I still join them and fly around with them when ever I can! It`s such a pitty and a tragedy that Douglas didn`t get to achieve his dreams!!! Frank. Disclamer: I`m not sugesting that flying around with eagles or any other birds is a safe thing to do.
farri Posted June 3, 2011 Posted June 3, 2011 ..........!!! Franco. Back to the renovating!!!

If enough of us went there we could have a bus pick us up and take us all for a look see, perhaps? kaz
