Don't forget that overflying an airstrip where there is fast traffic could put you at their circuit height. Anywhere that RPT's fly should be overflown at 2000 above aerodrome height.

Don't forget most light twins are also considered "high Performance" and should be doing their circuits at 1500 feet, it is more than just RPT airports where overflying at 1500 feet can get you into trouble.

The 1500 ft circuit height is dictated by the "normal" speed on downwind for that type from the ops manual. The HP/LP that we have on our certificate is not relevant. (Just for clarification). Nev
