Spin Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Great photos as always Scott. Looks as though the wx played along for the Sunday - grrr, would be the day I couldn't get there.
Scottw Posted September 1, 2011 Author Posted September 1, 2011 G'day Spin Yeah it turned out to be pretty good considering the forecast for Sunday that we read on Saturday night still didn't paint all that great a picture. They were still saying possible showers and rain coming through later, so it was wake up on Sunday and see. This is the last shot I took on Sunday as the sun was setting on another FoF event. 3
Oldfokker Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Some guy was taking pictures of the planes landing, and I would love to find out who and how I can get a copy of the picture he took of me. At least I think that was what he was doing.Ryan Among other things !
skyfox99 Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 Wow!! how good are your photo's, they are not just good, they are top class. Amazing....
skyfox99 Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 I'm talking about yours ScottW....great stuff...
Scottw Posted October 15, 2011 Author Posted October 15, 2011 many thanks Skyfox99 glad you like the happy snaps. Oldfokker who took the sportstar image was over with me too and can tell you that he is not slouch with his shots either. He takes awsome images. His F-111 stuff is the best I've seen. Cheers
Guernsey Posted October 16, 2011 Posted October 16, 2011 Superb photos guys well done. Just a thought , is it possible to take an aircraft photo from slightly above the aircraft whilst the aircraft is on the ground parked on top of a Blue or Green plastic sheet as they do on TV so that the background can be added afterwards. I could then send you photos of the aircraft flying over Buckingham Palace, the Eiffel Tower, Ian Baker's House or any other famous place. Not sure if it is possible with still photography. Alan.
Ballpoint 246niner Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 Scott- as I've said before of your work- these are some of the best composed and captured photo's ever seen, flying is clearly not your only talent- thanks for the upload!
