Hi everyone,

I'm currently building a Jodel D18 and hope to have her flying in the next couple of months.

I haven't started instruction as yet but have a gyro licence and a few hours up in them. Plan to have the Jodel finished in the next couple of months and am planning to head down to Gatton to undertake a bit of training in May.

Here's a pic of the Jodel D18 "Sovereign"

Welcome Rotor.

Can you do your training in your Jodel or do you have to wait until the first 40 / 25 hours are flown off. If you can it must be a great cost saver.

Hi Rotor. I'm new too but welcome aboard. The forums create great discussions & many experiences are shared. You'll enjoy. I'm envious of anyone building their own aircraft, maybe one day I can catch up with you. Decca.
