Guest ozzie Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 out of curiosity who foots the bill for this?
Guest davidh10 Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 I get an email straight from Rotax, I received this one this morning. Ditto. Unhelpfully, the CASA directive does not actually mention the Rotax SB number, which you would actually need to access their document and perform the inspection / replacement. Fortunately mine is not an affected serial number :-) out of curiosity who foots the bill for this? I'll give you one guess Ozzie... If it is out of warranty...
Vev Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 The urgency on this is quite tight being 4 hrs or 30 days of the lesser ... it feels like there is potential for a significant cost impost to owners as well as lost revenue to schools, I do hope Rotax will address this. Cheers Vev
