There is a report in The Daily Telegraph (Sydney) Friday, April 13, 2007, that Bobby Gibbes died last Wednesday at the age of 90.

His last plane was a Cri-Cri ultralight which he built himself and I think he flew it in his 80's. Does anyone know if that is a fact?

He most certainly built a Cr Cri, the first in Australia I believe, and flew it in the 1980s. It was stored in his garage hanging from the roof so that he could park his car underneath.

Anyone any idea where the Cri Cri is these days?
