Peter Anson Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Can't find a name for it but it's on the coast 5 NM south of Carmila, 21 58 33 S, 149 28 30 east. Doesn't look like it's got much in the way of passenger facilities.

Peter Anson Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 I'm too lazy to wade through 35 pages to see if this has been listed before, but to narrow things down a bit, it's in NSW.
pmccarthy Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Mungo lodge, great place for a weekend getaway. 2
Blueadventures Posted January 21, 2017 Posted January 21, 2017 I flew over this air strip this morning. 1
Peter Anson Posted January 21, 2017 Posted January 21, 2017 Looks like a farm strip just south of Mount Vince. You can't be far from home. Looks like a nice day for flying.

Hi Peter That's the one. Is nice for flying at present. They had forecast rain late last week. Fortunately it did not arrive. I missed a few weeks ago when the rain dumped down. Airfield OK for us but GA need to stay away from the low wet parts. Cheers Mike
Garfly Posted January 21, 2017 Posted January 21, 2017 A nice place to land and check-in to a Dakota Mansion: 1

Blueadventures Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 To see the airstrip better find the bridge over the river in the lower area of image and the airstrip orientates to it on the left.
red750 Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 At a guess, located on Google Earth, I'd say Finch Hatton, on Cattle Creek.
Blueadventures Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 At a guess, located on Google Earth, I'd say Finch Hatton, on Cattle Creek. Thanks correct Red750. Its Uphill towards the hills. Not much parking area but still maintained. Cheers.
omichael Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 Here is the first strip of a trip I have just done. Looking down 03No2 should be easy, we landed on the dirt [180] is the first strip Wilcannia NSW?
Peter Anson Posted September 27, 2017 Posted September 27, 2017 St Leonards on the Bellarine Peninsula. Easy to pick if you are flying in that area.
red750 Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 Correct Peter. I've put in a change request to Google Maps to add it as a location so it can be searched.
Peter Anson Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 You'd see a bit more of it if you joined the navy. I'm pretty sure that's Nowra.
Gravity Posted January 6, 2018 Posted January 6, 2018 Looks like Col Wiffins place
