Admin Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 Hi We have initiated a new feature here on Aircraft Pilots, one where all Aircraft Manufacturers, their Agents and their Representatives can be placed into a special user group when they use the Aircraft Pilots site. Their Username, their Avatar and their Aircraft Name, will be displayed at the top of the right column of the forums home page for all registered site members and site visiting guests to see. Registered site members can then if they need to strike up a 1 to 1 Instant Live Chat with any of them, asking about their aircraft, aircraft customers can talk to their agent etc all live bringing everyone together. This helps the Aircraft Manufacturers, Agents and Reps communicate directly to their existing customers and talk to potential customers AND this then helps Registered Site Users to talk directly to their aircraft representative...a great "SERVICE" to both Aircraft Reps and Registered Site Users.
