solo jitters - talk about it here!

When I first went solo (1980) I couldn't work out what the strange noise was until I realised it was my knees knocking together! After I landed it took two people half an hour to get the smile of my face. You'll be fine.

haha, yeah, i am pretty excited. I know it is probably several hours off, but realistically it is coming sooner than later and I am doing all I can to prepare. One thing I have found really helpful, as a result of this thread, is every night as I go to bed, I mentally visualise the whole process, trying to work in as many details as I can. Also been watching alot of youtube, I find that alot of people put up videos of their first solos, landings, etc, so that really helps to visualise it as well.

Here's my issue Solo nav i can go to the training area solo no issue and have done heaps of dual navs. As soon someone say your ready for a solo nav i am out the door.
