Can anyone Identify this Tacho ?

Does anybody have a working knowledge of this brand of Tacho?

 

It was working perfectly up to a few weeks ago, but now it reads 800 - 1000 rpm over, right across the range. (Connected to a Jabiru 2200)

 

I had a look under the cowl, and it is not the Hall Sensor type, and there are no extra wires connected to the CDI units.

 

Where does it get it's impulses from ?????? And any ideas where to look to fix it ??????
