Tomo Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Well, today I was working in the workshop, and I parked my plane out the front which was a bit of a bad idea as I kept looking out and seeing it and the beautiful day above! But I decided to go for a quick flight in my lunch break, didn't have much time left for eating, but don't want to let such a minor technicality get in the way of flying! Anyway here's a few photos from my phone, should have taken my camera up as it turned out to be a spectacular day! Parked out the front - it is tied down by the way, just can't see the white rope! Neighbours... Taken out the air vent hole Beautiful day Cecil Plains Cotton gin Looking easter over Cecil Plains.. 2
Hongie Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Jealous that you get to work in such beautiful surrounds!!!
Louis Moore Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 The tractor looks like five times the size of your plane Tomo!!!!
.Evan. Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Somewhat jealous right about now! Today, I just had to put up with watching the departing aircraft from Coldstream Airport into a beautiful blue sky and the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley. Not as good as actually flying!
planedriver Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Beautiful pictures and countryside. Hey! they are so clear through the air vent hole. Good thinking. Eat well tonight.
Guest Maj Millard Posted June 16, 2012 Posted June 16, 2012 Great shots Tomo, those cotton fields look great from the air don't they. We saw a lot around the WeeWaa and Moree areas coming back from Temora..........keep up the great flying, must be real satisfying flying your own area, in your own plane, and every field a potential landing spot if you need it !.....................................................Maj...
Bryon Posted June 16, 2012 Posted June 16, 2012 Tomo said "Looking easter over Cecil Plains.." Try as I might, I cannot see a big white bunny in any of those photos.....................
facthunter Posted June 16, 2012 Posted June 16, 2012 He needs to add the" ly." You can't do everything in your lunch break. (He sure knows how to rub ut in doesn't he?) He got a "tractor" and a "pusher" in the same picture too. Nev 1
planet47 Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 Such a beautiful view. I do miss those views and those type of days. Too much rain and wind here.
Guest Escadrille Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 You are, indeed,a very fortunate young man Tomo.
