Getting back in the saddle, headed off in Savannah with Val to Gympie and met up with Brett Souter at Pro - Sky with a welcoming chat and excellent coffee, running a good operation/flying school, blasted off to Kilcoy and met past acquaintance Mal Shipton who gave us a update of the progress of Kilcoy Airfield and was having a working bee maintaining the Airfield. A sight to behold when you come in within a spectacular surrounds. Off to Watts Bridge and checked the massive expansion that's taken place, homeward bound to YCAB. Where to next ? Been there some time ago, going to catch up old contacts at Toogoolawah parachute drop zone for a fly inn get together, used to be a excellant weekend away, they provide accom, meals, refreshments and a good environment for all things flying.
