Guest DJH Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 There are others, this is one of the best. Thousands of free plans to just look at or download. http://www.outerzone.co.uk/index.asp Enjoy...........John.
winsor68 Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 Thanks DJH... I reckon a 1/2a Nobler Control Line would be just the ticket for in between full size flying.
boingk Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 Thanks for the link, I also like the 1/2A stuff and like to mix it up with electric outrunners and good old Cox .049's - electric is nice, clean and powerful but nothing beats the 'real' engines I reckon. Cheers! - Enoch 1
Guest DJH Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 I have to agree with you there, especially the small diesels.
Mick Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 electric is nice, clean and powerful but nothing beats the 'real' engines I reckon.Cheers! - Enoch Despite having surrendered to the convenience of electric myself, if you are not turning dead dinosours into polution your not having fun!!!!
pylon500 Posted June 30, 2012 Posted June 30, 2012 Ah, memories , just looking through the Stunt plans... can't decide, Nobler, Thunder bird (would go for MkIII) or the Super Master? Almost a trend going here, I guess you can see where I got my own early design from; Yes, that was a LONG time ago Arthur. 1
winsor68 Posted June 30, 2012 Posted June 30, 2012 I reckon the Nobler's are so cool... whatever size.
Mick Posted June 30, 2012 Posted June 30, 2012 I reckon the Nobler's are so cool... whatever size. My father had an original and untouched Top Flite Nobler kit in his shed that I last saw in 1998. He passed away early 1999 and by late 1999 when I cleaned out all his modelling gear it was not there:bad_mood:. I am sure whether he sold it before he passed or if someone else got to it before I did. There were also some old glow motors that went too.
rgmwa Posted June 30, 2012 Posted June 30, 2012 Thanks for the link. Takes me back many years to the CL stunt and combat days. Where did the time go? rgmwa
Guest DJH Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 I reckon the Nobler's are so cool... whatever size. Did you know Top Flite currently market an ARTF C/L Nobler?
