Guest john Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 An exclusive male country golf club had a ruling not to allow women onto the golf course. After several protests from golfers wives, the committeee eventually moved the goal posts to allow the women onto the course on week days only, which was ok to the women who became active golfers during the week. Soon after this the women golfers wrote a letter to the committee complaing about the male golfers urinating on the golf course. The committee initially ignored this letter from the women, however after 3 months, the women wrote another letter to the committee demanding immediate action over this anomoly . The next periodical meeting of the male committee put this matter to the vote & unanimously decided on this matter. The committee secretary wrote a letter to the women golfers advising that the committee had granted them equal rights .

Last time I played golf at the Leonay Golf Course, they didn't have any goal posts, nor did any of the other golf courses I have seen. Therefore, this type of ruling wouldn't be possible for those golf courses.
