Free stainless sheeting for gussets/brackets etc........Old dishwashers.

 

Get them from appliance stores or rubbish tips.

I find some of the microwave ovens have exellent sheet exteriors.

 

Great stuff, easy to remove, flat sides- ready to cut.

Bad idea, boys.

 

Stainless steel is not as strong as plain old chromoly, so you could end up with fatigue failures.
