We have a very broad range of aviators here on Recreational Flying...from those that are enthusiasts and one day may start flying right up to retired commercial airline pilots with thousands of hours in their logbook.

 

So with this poll, let's see the vast range that we have here in terms of the number of hours in your log book.

Wow, the results so far are very suprising to me. I consider myself very much a newby but it seems my hours fit in the most common bracket. I thought the average log book on this site would be at least a couple of thousand hrs...

 

That means the biggest portion of the poll voters are newbs too :)

That would be the highly respected Facthunter (Nev) who will keep you spell bound with his stories if you ever get a chance to spend some time with him in person, as I have done, and it is this experience exchange and friendships that this site is for

Started flying when I was 71yrs, now 76 with 200hrs in the log book. soon will have cross country, watch out outback ausie.
