Circa our honeymoon the common aircraft flying was the Dc3 and De Havilland Rapides, however, the Dragon was conducting joy flights around Blackpool tower so we couldn't resist the temptation to fly in her. One thing I do remember was that it was a lot noisier than the later Rapide. The year was 1960.
