Daylight saving

Got confused tonight as my iPad time says 8.17 and iPhone says same as wall clock 7.47

 

Told a mate flying out to Cairns to make sure he altered his watch, he rang back and said not until next week

 

Do I need to reset time on iPad. Or just wait for another error?

Sounds like another Apple OS gaffe. If they got the maps wrong its pretty likely they got the time zones wrong too.

My iPad is fine, are you sure you haven't pressed wrong buttons?.Why would it change half hour? Daylight savings is one hour (in Adelaide at least)

Never touched a thing! Clock is now correct time

We are too slow in Qld to have this daylight saving. Jo reckined it would fade the curtains. Come to think of it, it must be time for the SE of the state to start agitating for it again.
