Admin Posted May 22, 2007 Posted May 22, 2007 Dan Johnson's latest count puts the CT at number one again with 20% of the market share. There are 50 different LSA model to choose from now! The market is getting diluted but the CT seems to be holding strong! The CT is also the no1 selling light aircraft throughout Europe for the last 3 years in a row
Sky Gazer Posted May 28, 2007 Posted May 28, 2007 IAn , What is the approx . Price tag on a CT? Peter
PaulN Posted May 28, 2007 Posted May 28, 2007 Peter, Take a look at http://www.flightdesign.com/ , click on "configurator" for prices and options/accessories in Euros. Did the Euro figure by 0.6 to get an idea of the A$ value. Paul

Admin Posted May 28, 2007 Author Posted May 28, 2007 Sky Gazer You can safely bet around the $120k plus the options you want. My new one fully decked out with just about everything other then the in-flight adjustable 3 blade prop and tundra wheels cost me all up about the $150 mark and that includes the $1,700 colour scheme and the Avmap GPS that I had done here but it all depends on the euro at the time. My first CT the euro was at 0.63 so I saved a bundle but this new one the Euro was about 0.59. I also have the big BRS 1350 Rescue system (a 600kg and Vne ballistic parachute) in my new one and at the time they were 5,300 Euro (about $9,000 Aussie) but now they come standard with it and also with the new larger and thicker landing gear
