naremman Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Put "Junkers watches" into a search engine and see what the possibilities are. Pricey, but interesting.
Gnarly Gnu Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Fantastic boingk, not only an amazing design but it fully assembles itself (just like we are told in evolution).

Sapphire Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Boingk said: Yeah there's a certain something about special watches, I'd never buy one for myself though. I tend to want something that I don't mind doing an oil change with, that sort of thing. I want a watch that does the oil change. BTW boingk, how did you choose your stage name? Is it a result of an event that occured to you?
jwn57030 Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Here's the watch that I went for. It's more for looks than useful in the air. It is not digital and only has an altimeter. I think it looks great, but the altimeter is hard to read if you are measuring in feet. Its easier to read in meters. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005VDI1IE/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
boingk Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Nah, nothing interesting Sapph. Thought it up in 2006 when I needed a short, snappy moniker for an online forum. It always seems to be free so I've kept it ever since. - boingk
