dazza 38 Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Interesting you say that, most people I know in the country have their 100hrs up in less than half a year. I got my 100hrs in 5 months. In other news ~ Throw away the computer games and pull out more go-carts, let kids be kids! All starts at home I reckon, attitude, responsibility, respect, and honesty. That's because a mates place just up the road is 100 Kay's away. LOL
motzartmerv Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 I wouldnt worry boink. The RAA ops team are really starting to tow a compliance line, and they ben for some time. They are not witchunting, but rather looking at standards in schools, and giving 'rockets' where they are needed. Its a necessity In my view, and many others. Unfortunately there are instructors out there that think the rules are some sort of 'guide' and not meant for them. I had the privilege of doing some circuits recently behind another "dual" flight at a busy airfield and watched the aeroplane land while another aeroplane was still on the runway, only a few hundred meters in front. This flight was DUAL for christ sake. There was a student in that aeroplane 'learning' to be a dikhead directly from his instructor who seems to think he is above the law. Throw the book OPS I say... Throw it hard and tidy this orginzation up.........................End of rant......(not directed at your case boink) 6
