I just feel real sorry for the kids who watched that.....

I mean imagine going to school the next day and trying to explain that without being called a liar!

Wow, he is extremely talented being able to fly like that - and to answer the initial question about G's - one would guess well in excess of anything the human body could ever handle...

The deciding factor is the massive power output for the size and weight of the engine - a bit like having 400 hp in an R22, or Jab.

I studied RC engines quite a bit with the idea of upscaling to 500 cc, but although they look very simple when pulled apart, the engineering is complex.

Wonder how many he broke getting that good?

probably lots. Also imagine how much a spectator could be hurt by that thing if it hit them

The skill of those guys is awesome, and their level of control superb. Even on sim I can only keep control for a few seconds on those models.

Another area which is unbelievably fast is pylon racing, mostly with electric aircraft. This link shows you the antics of a poor cameraman's attempts just to track one aircraft, but they race four at a time and they still have to orient the aircraft and fly in control reversal when it's coming towards you. The pylon racers tour round the State so if you can find a pylon race near you, it's well worth the trip for the sight and the sound.

Don't know how anyone could fly that chopper like that. Some of the manoeuvers seem against all physics. Nev
