Gnarly Gnu Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 Yes Russia today is at least visionary on taxation unlike Australia, a 13% flat income tax would be sensational here. Indeed such a measure may become essential to get the debt laden Australian economy cranking again.
