Try sending your request to DOTAR's, it is their domain. although we do have RFDS, Police Air Wing (hmm), Emergency Services, All of whom are actually exempt! We have ASIC's anyway, avoids unsavoury run-ins with the 'clipboard holders' who for the most part don't even understand the rules!
