I'm not into gliding, never tried it but this video is just so inspirational. Take one very young girl, dressed for a party, and set her free for the first time. She even provides the music. Enjoy.

I would have loved to see a shot of the glider to get an idea of what it is. Seems like an older type and possibly a single seat as the guy at the end appeared to be reaching for a camera mounted just behind her and I didn't catch anything to indicate someone was sitting back there.

 

She was really good...confident, relaxed and very aware of her environment. Great to see.
