eightyknots Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 GREAT STUFF Sabrina! ...that was a flight would have been for excitement and a sense of accomplishment. to the forum! for posting the video.
Ballpoint 246niner Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Aviations Natural Law - All Instructors are heavy ( every time a student goes solo they all say how light the aircraft is...) - The shortest unit of time at an airfield is half a day. - Everything you are taught is right- you just don't realise it yet. - You'll never regret that extra 20 litres. and I bet we can add many more.... 2
Owi Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Congrats, Sabrina! That's a fantastic achievement for you and a really nice video. Thanks for sharing.

Mriya Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Just watched and immediately recognised it as The Oaks where I did my 1st solo too. Well done and what a great video to remember it with.
IanR Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Well done - you picked fantastic weather for it !! I just got a glimpse of our place as you were turning base
Mark11 Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 Well done Sabrina... I just did mine (in a trike) at the tender age of 42... You've got a lot more flying ahead of you! I remember seeing that plane at the oaks when I had a coffee with Dave... I'm going to get my 3axis as well... I can't seem to convince my daughters to start flying though... 1
