Mounting the Ipad mini in the Lightwing..........

This is how I managed to very simply mount the mini Ipad. The LW has a very convienient bar ahead of the panel, but a similiar mount could be fabricated on other aircraft. Key is the belkin leather Ipad cover, which is an off the shelf item (Belkin Leather black verve Ipad mini case 90960). It has a convienient pouch which sits straight onto the Lexan mount I made. A simple alum C clip is also needed to hold everything firmly in place. An ipad charge lead charges inflight from the cig charge socket. Beauty of this set up is it is easily removeable, and easy and quick to refit so you can take the Ipad with you, when you leave the plane !...........Maj...
